IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification

Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may proceed to formal resolution.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnsariCo, Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Changes to These Terms
